"The worst customer service, who ever the lady is answering the phone needs a different job. Wife calls to ask about lowering our auto insurance payments because we had a quote for HALF THE PRICE SAME COVERAGE. The lady laughed at her. We were fine staying just help us get a lower rate but after you are rude like that to me wife no. Do yourself a favor and cancel your auto insurance as soon as you can. You lost a customer and ill NEVER return, and I'll let everyone know what kind of staff is here and how they treat customers that have been there for years."
